Dinner: Mac and cheez with peas and cut up veggie dogs.

Breakfast: Amy’s strawberry toaster pastry, BetterOats cinnamon roll oatmeal with soy milk and agave nectar, and a Two Degrees breakfast bar. So good.

Dinner: Mac and cheez pizza. Made with Road’s End Organic boxed mac and cheez, corn meal pizza crust, and “mozzarella” Daiya. Deeeeeelicious!

Breakfast: A bagel with cream cheez, a banana, and a peach soy yogurt from Trader Joes. Rise and shine!

Dinner: Black bean & corn enchiladas from Trader Joes and a side of green beans with some Earth Balance and nutritional yeast. Ole!

Lunch: Half (homemade) guacamole, half vegan cream cheez bagel sandwich. So good!

Snack/Dessert: Lemon basil cupcake from Strange Matter, a Richmond restaurant that is very vegan-friendly. Strange yet delicious!

I don’t make very many breakfast posts when I’m at school because I usually just grab some sort of bar and eat it while I’m walking to class. This is the kind of stuff I like.
